For our summer 2019 underwear collection, we took inspiration from the Mediterranean. Not only were we inspired by its nature and exceptional landscape to create fresh, holiday-friendly pieces, but also by the past, by the golden age of the 60s on the Côte d’Azur. This era transports us to the elegance of the cinematic icons of those years and of their holidays, full of optimism and glamour.

How is this collection?

The Mediterranean has led us to create a collection full of blue and white, inspired by the tones of the water, the landscape and its light. At the same time, the lines and prints are reminiscent of the spirit of the 60s, of the unique style of the Riviera.

On the one hand, we bring back nautical stripes, as you can see in our boxer shorts, which feature blue tones that provide freshness as well as elegance.

We’ve also included prints inspired by seaside holidays. These prints are designed to be fresh and summery, while also chic to represent the era. Continuing with blue tones, we included foulard prints and small, elegant motifs, along with floral and palm tree prints over patterns to evoke holiday motifs with a more casual feel. To design these prints, we took inspiration from photos of the cinematic artists of the era’s holiday scenes on the Riviera.

Another theme that we propose in our new men’s underwear collection is that of colourful prints with figurative motifs inspired by the era’s posters. This is our most casual, optimistic and spontaneous look, which combines the trend of figurative motifs with digital printing techniques.

For these prints, we’ve chosen motifs such as Vespas and sunglasses, which are very characteristic of that Riviera style.

These prints go along with plain-coloured briefs where, using double dyeing, we explore different shades of blue.

The new feature in these designs is the development of novel patterned elastics that are printed on both sides. We believe they bring great added value to the

Garment, enriching it, while also continuing to provide comfort, as the elastic we’ve chosen is extraordinarily soft and comfortable.
