iFor this new season, ZD has jumped in the deep end and has launched a new product, our ZD pyjamas for man made with Mercerized Cotton.

The fundamental premises in this new design were quality and elegance.

Thus, we have made a line of pyjamas with an exclusive design inspired in the feeling of luxury hotels and the requests of the modern man who enjoys taking care of himself and demands elegant pieces of clothing made with the noblest materials in order to help him feel cozy and comfortable in his sleep.

What’s Mercerized Cotton?

Our new line of pyjamas is made with Mercerized Cotton: a 100% mercerized natural fiber that comes from the best cotton there is. In fact, the cotton must receive a finishing treatment that is only suitable for cotton with long threads and of the highest quality.

This finishing treatment is made out of four stages: combing, gassing, twisting, and mercerizing.

Mercerized Cotton is a noble fabric of long threads. Using this material guarantees that the outcome will be pieces of clothing with extraordinary properties.  This material is lavish, soft, fancy, and shiny and with an amazingly soft touch.

The pyjamas created with this cotton are resilient, breathable, fresh and stylish.  Moreover, the open seams are hand stretched, removing any sensation of seams on the skin.

Pyjamas New Collection ZD Zero Defects

The design of our pyjamas follows fine and elegant lines. We launch 3 new models; two of them are of plain and yet sophisticated colors: navy and taupe; the third one is black-and-gray printed fabric with stripes.

The designs are flattering and appropriate for a wide range of age groups.
